This recently-built 4-story townhouse is in a gated private road just off the Kings Road in the heart of London's fashionable Chelsea. The ground floor eat-in kitchen has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dining table seating 4-6. The comfortable sitting room, on the second floor, has two sofas, nice personal items and a decorative fireplace. Also on this floor, one bedroom has a standard double bed and good storage. Up one level, the third bedroom has a single bed and good storage. These two bedrooms share the a bathroom which has a tub with shower over tub. On the top floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed and excellent storage. The en suite bathroom has a tub with shower over tub. This house is very comfortable and wonderfully located in on a secure, private road, yet only seconds from the many shops, restaurants and amenities that the Kings Road and Sloane Square. This is a strict non-smoking property.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
