house in the prestigious and quiet area of 'Old Chelsea'. The
spacious living/dining room has a large bay window, a sofa, a

chairs. There is wood floor throughout with some rugs. The
kitchen is open with the living room and has a dishwasher, oven, stove
top and a refirgerator/freezer. There is a washer/dryer in a
large adjacent cupboard
The bedroom has a queen bed and very good closet space. The en
suite bathroom has a tub with a hand-held shower. This is a
simple, comfortable flat, attractively "Bohemian" in style. It is
well-located for the Kings Road with its many shops, restaurants and
amenities.
The
price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the
property,
TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a
Greeter
who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on
departure. A security deposit
of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card
until after departure.
