This attractive, newly-refurbished ground floor flat is in a large, apartment building. The entrance hallway leads to the light and bright living/dining room that has wood flooring, two sofas, a flat screen TV, decorative shelving and a dining table to seat 4. The kitchen has good storage, an oven, a microwave, a stove top, a refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine (no dryer). The master bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to a king bed and good storage. The compact second bedroom has twin beds and storage. The bathroom has a tub with shower over tub. This is a simple, but attractively furnished, flat that is well-located for the many shops, restaurants and amenities of Brompton Cross and the Fulham Road. The many museums at South Kensington are less than a 10 minute walk,. We regret that this flat is not suitable for children under 10. This is a strict non-smoking property.
NO SMALL CHILDREN. NON SMOKING.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
