This first and second floor apartment is in a period building in the
heart of Chelsea. It has its own entrance on the ground floor and
stairs that lead up to the first half landing. Here is a bedroom
that has a single bed, excellent storage and and adjacent powder room
with a basin and loo. Up a few more stairs, the spacious
sitting/dining room has two large floor-to-ceiling sash windows, a
sofa, armchairs, a decorative fireplace, shelving, a digital TV and a
table to seat 4. The large kitchen has good storage, and oven, stove
top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a dining table to seat
4. On the top floor, the large master bedroom has a king bed,
excellent storage and a sofa. The bathroom has a tub with shower over
tub. The roof terrace has delightful views of the rooftops of
London. This light, bright comfortable apartment has been newly
decorated. It is a short walk from the amenities and restaurants
of the Kings Road and Sloane Square. We regret that this apartment is
not suitable for children under 10.
The
price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the
property,
TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a
Greeter
who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on
departure. A security deposit
of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card
until after departure.
