This very
attractively-furnished 4-storey period house is in a very quiet and
pretty cul-de-sac in the heart of fashionable Chelsea. On the
ground floor, the elegant L-shaped drawing room has two sofas and arm
chairs, bookshelves, a flat-screen Satellite TV and French doors
leading down to the beautiful paved garden. On the lower ground
floor, the kitchen has an oven, microwave, hob (stove top),
refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. This opens to a dining room
room which is light and bright and has a decorative fireplace, a sofa
and dining table to seat 6. The dining room opens into the conservatory
and then into the paved garden which has many plants and a table and
chairs. There is also a guest powder room on this floor. The very
spacious master bedroom is on the second floor. It has a king
bed, good closet space, Digital TV and two large windows overlooking
the garden. The large en suite bathroom has twin wash hand
basins, a shower stall and tub with a hand-held shower. On the
top floor, there are two more bedrooms. One has a queen
bed. and excellent storage. The third room has a single bed,
ample closet space and a desk with the Ethernet cable for high-speed
Internet. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub with
shower over tub. The washer and dryer are housed in a cupboard on
this floor. This comfortable house is within easy reach of the
many shops, restaurants and amenities of the Fulham Road and South
Kensington. We regret that this house is not suitable for
children under 10.
The
price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the
property,
TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a
Greeter
who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on
departure. A security deposit
of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card
until after departure.
