This is a strict non-smoking property. We regret that this house is
not suitable for children under 10.

TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a
Greeter
who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on
departure. A security deposit
of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card
until after departure.
