We are very pleased to represent the Athenaeum Apartments.  They are part of the beautiful Athenaeum Hotel on Piccadilly across from Green Park.  The 34 apartments are not in the hotel; they are located in a row of Edwardian townhouses on a small, quiet tree-lined street just around the corner from the hotel.   Each elegant building has its own front door with a video entry phone.

Each apartment has been individually decorated and designed.  Exquisite care has been taken to make these apartments comfortable, beautiful and serene.  These owners want you to be very happy.

Most apartments have traditional English decor, antiques and horse prints, wing chairs, richly-colored fabrics.  Most have king beds that convert to twin beds; some have a queen bed.  Many have a sofa bed  in the living room.  All bathrooms have a bathtub with shower over tub.

Most of the 1-bedroom apartments interconnect with another so it is possible to have 2 bedrooms by choosing two adjoining 1-bedroom apartments.
One apartment has a racing theme.  One apartment has a "racy" theme: decor inspired by Oscar Wilde.  One apartment has a Liberty theme: it is furnished with luscious fabrics from the historic London store, Liberty.
Two apartments have a very modern and streamlined decor.  The kitchens have been replaced with a bar area and a large walk-in wardrobe. There are modern glass chairs and classic antique furniture.

All of the other apartments have a fully-equipped, compact kitchen (with an espresso machine), a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.  There is digital TV and radio, high-speed internet, pay-per-view TV movies, CD and DVD payer and web video games.  Every apartment has two phone lines with fax, modem and voice mail.   There’s a plasma screen TV in the living room and bedroom.  There are USA voltage sockets, a safe, a minibar.  There is free direct access to telephone charge card operators - AT&T, MCI, Sprint.

Every apartment has air conditioning.  Maid service is twice a day - morning cleaning and evening light cleaning and turn down service.

You can use all of the services at the 5-star Athenaeum hotel including their  24-hour room service - what a treat.  Bullochs, in the hotel, is a world class restaurant.  There is a laundry and valet service.  The hotel has a small, but excellent, exercise room and spa.

You can use the services of the hotel's 3-man Concierge team.  They've a combined history of 65 years at the Athenaeum and are experts on London life and they can unlock the doors of London's best-kept secrets. They're particularly popular with the hotel's many celebrity guests who value the privacy and personal service.
