This apartment is located between the Royal Crescent and the Circus in classical Georgian Bath, five minutes from the city centre.  It is in a quiet square overlooking a central garden bordered by the iron railings found throughout the city.  

You can walk to anywhere in Bath from this flat.  That’s a good thing as driving in Bath is a nightmare.

The building has a communal entrance hall with stairs up to the third floor.  The flat has its own small but inviting entrance hall.

The sitting room has two small sofas, upholstered in golden yellow, arranged to face a gas fireplace.  Pine and mahogany furniture and well-chosen accessories make this a gracious and comfortable room.  Tall windows give lots of light and nice views of the small park.  
 

One bedroom has a king bed, good storage and large windows.  The other bedroom, a bit smaller, is also very nice.  It has no chest of drawers, but the closet has shelves and space for hanging clothes.
 

The kitchen is bright, attractive and well-equipped.  It has marble floors, white cupboards, granite counter tops, a window overlooking greenery and Georgian roof tops.  A glass-topped dining table can seat 4.

There is no washer/dryer in the flat, but there is a clean and efficient launderette across the street.  Food shopping is just around the corner.
