Enter the flat's small hallway to the left of which is the bedroom.  It has a queen bed with a SO-SO spread, an antique chest of drawers, built-in closets and a TV.  The tiled bathroom, across the hall, has a nice long, deep tub with shower over tub.

The living/dining room has a small sofa and a wing chair and a TV next to a decorative fireplace.  There is a round metal dining table and two chairs.  Windows to back and front overlook gardens.  The back windows overlook a gorgeous large tree.
