Two side chairs are covered in a very nice floral. A painting of a nude hangs above the decorative fireplace. Two bookcases, one each side of the decorative fireplace, are filled with many books. A cupboard holds a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Very nice art is exhibited throughout the flat. |

the sofa, there is a dining table with iron legs and a marble top that
seats 8 comfortably. Three large windows face the beautiful
garden square that's located across the street. The kitchen, off the dining area, has an oven, a gas cook top, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. There is a door in the entry hall that allows you to go into the kitchen without passing through the living room and dining area. |

The
bedrooms are down the hall. The first bedroom has a single bed
with a rattan headboard, a rattan side table and chest of drawers, a
lovely little slipper chair, a closet. Walls are a tannish
gray. It's a beautiful room. The adjacent bathroom has a long, deep tub and a separate shower stall. It's tiled in crisp cream colored tiles. |

The
master bedroom has a queen bed with a red and beige toile cover and
matching wallpaper. Storage is excellent. Two large windows
look to Elm Park Road. This is a terrific flat – it could not be better. The flat is perfectly-located for the many shops, restaurants and attractions of South Kensington, Fulham Road and the Kings Road. This area is sometimes called “The Beach” and it's where Hugh Grant and other celebrities live. |
