This is a very nice flat, comfortable and spacious.  It's on the third floor of a period brick building that is on a street of identical buildings. 

Enter into a square hallway that opens into the large, high-ceilinged living/dining room.  It has a sofa covered in beige linen, comfortable easy chairs, a coffee table, bookshelves, very nice prints on the walls, including a Matisse, a decorative fireplace.  A chest of drawers sits under a window that faces the front of the property.  A nice wood dining table seats 4 comfortably.

The small, but good kitchen has a double oven, a gas stove top,a refrigerator/freezer, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, granite counter  and creamy-white painted cupboards.  The kitchen window lets in lots of light.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a chest of drawers, a walk-in closet.  Large bay windows overlook trees.

The study has a sofa that converts to a single bed a desk and chair and s large window.  Cupboard space is very good. 

The bathroom has a long, deep tub with shower over tub.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, DVD player, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
