This is a large, comfortable, nicely furnished 2-level apartment in a great neighborhood in Chelsea.

Enter from the street into a reception area that has a guest powder room. The washer and dryer are in this powder room. The dining area is just beyond the little hall. The galley kitchen, off the reception area, has an oven, stove top, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a microwave.

Back past the dining area and the stairway, the light and bright living room has two sofas, a decorative fireplace, a TV and DVD player hidden under a round table that's covered with nice fabric. Large windows look onto the back garden area.

This is an attractive, spacious and comfortable apartment that's well-located for the shops, restaurants and many amenities of Sloane Square, the Kings Road and Brompton Cross. We regret that this apartment is not suitable for children under 10. THIS IS A STRICT NO-SMOKING PROPERTY.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
