It's a delightful
house, bright and sunny, and the ocean views are incredible. The house is on a gentle
slope down to a narrow road that separates the property from the
beach. We took this photo from the front deck of the house.

The actual front door is at the back of the house. You step into a wide hallway that has a white ceramic tile floor and a tall ceiling. It's all white and clean and welcoming. A bedroom is on the left of the entry hall. It has a queen bed, bedside tables and a white-painted wardrobe, wood floor and white walls. A window faces a green space behind the house. The en suite bathroom has shower stall. |

Straight ahead from the back door, you can see the
beach through
sliding glass doors. That large area is in front of the doors,
will
become a dining room, but right now, it's just an empty space with a
shining wood floor and white walls - and that wonderful view. |

The third bedroom is on
the other side of the house, down a
hallway off the entry hall. It has a queen bed and a single
bed. Both beds have pale blue and white
striped bed covers. There's a
low chest of
drawers, a wardrobe. Windows face the back of the
property. Next to the bedroom, a very large hallway bathroom has a long, deep tub with a shower over tub. There is a door from the bedroom into the bathroom. |

The living room is to the right of the dining room. It is a large and bright room, sparsely furnished, but easy and stylish. There are two very comfortable modern black leather sofas, a coffee table made of coir, and a coir easy chair and ottoman, a music center, a tall ceiling with two skylights. The wood fireplace adds definition to a room that is dominated by a wall of windows onto the sea and beach. |  |

A small, cozy TV room is just beyond the living room. It has an ultrasuede modern sofa bed (one person can sleep here), a wicker easy chair, a red ultrasuede easy chair, fireplace, TV and DVD player. This room, too, faces the sea. |
| The kitchen, on the south side of the house, is terrific. It has all modern appliances including a double electric oven and electric hob, a dishwasher, a tall refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Cupboards are painted creamy while and walls are light sea-blue. A big round dining table is in front of a sea-facing view. There are three chairs and a window bench that can comfortably seat another three people. An adjacent utility room has a washer and dryer, cupboards and a sink. |  |

| Children are warmly
welcomed here. Pets are not allowed.
This is a strict non-smoking property. Mid-week cleaning and
cooking may be available at an additional cost by advanced agreement.
Dingle Town is 11 miles/17.6 kilometers from the house (a very scenic drive). Shannon Airport is 100 miles/160 kilometers . Galway is 150 miles/240 kilometers. Dublin is 200 miles/320 kilometers. ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE: This property is accessible to those with moderate mobility limitations; however, it might not be possible to walk down to the beach. |
