A small study, facing the front of the property, has a single width day bed.  The room has a desk, tall book shelves and a fax line.  The large tiled bathroom has a tub and a shower cubicle.

Just off the kitchen is a spiral staircase that leads up to a roof terrace from which one has a panoramic view of the city - impressive in both day and night.  Plantings and comfortable patio furniture make this a little haven in the city.

The property is located on Cecelia Street, a pedistrian lane in Temple Bar, the oldest section of Dublin.  It has more than 60 restaurants; shopping is right at the doorstep.  The River Liffey is nearly at the doorstep.  Trinity College is a 5-minute stroll.  This is a vibrant, bustling, alive part of Dublin - busy, but safe.
