delight. It's right on the 4th tee of the Ring of Kerry Golf
Course.
From the back yard, you can see directly onto the golf course and,
beyond that, Kenmare Bay and the mountains. It's a great
location.

Enter into a wide hallway that has terra cotta walls and a knotty pine floor. On the right, a door opens to a small sitting room. It has a gray-green sofa facing a stone fireplace, a TV, a bookcase with interesting books, golden walls, knotty pine floor. |

The room opens into the large eat-in kitchen. The dining area has a very nice table to seat 6 to 8. Sliding doors open onto the driveway. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, electric hob, double wall oven, large refrigerator, very nice cupboards, tiled floor. The center island has 3 tall stools. The adjacent utility room has a washer and dryer. A door from the utililty room opens onto the large brick patio. More about that in a bit. |

The bedrooms are in a row off the front
hallway that goes straight to
the back of the house. The front bedroom is to the left of the entrance hall. It has a queen bed with a gold and maroon bedspread, pine armoire and pine floor. Windows look onto the front of the property. The small en suite bathroom has a shower stall. |

| The next bedroom is the master. It
has a king bed, with crisp whte linens and a tartan throw, an armoire
and chest of
drawers. Windows face the side of the property. The
god-sized
en suite bathroom has a shower stall. The third bedroom has three twin beds with cotton duvet covers, an armoire and a chest of drawers. WAlls are lemon yellow. The en suite bathroom has a shower stall. Across the hall, the fourth bedroom has a standard double bed with linen bedcovers, an armoire and dresser. The en suite bathroom has a shower stall. A hallway bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and shower over tub (just in case someone wants to soak in the tub after a long day on the golf course!). |

At the back of the house, there is a
sitting room and conservatory that extend the full
width of the house. It has a large stone fireplace, three red
sofas, a red chaise longue, an easy chair, a TV and DVD player.
The adjacent conservatory has
two sofas and a wing chair, also red. One of these sofas
can convert to a double bed. At the other end of the room with the fireplace, there is a dining room that table that seats 6 - 8. Near the dining table, a door opens onto the patio. Food can be brought to this dining table from the kitchen, across the patio and right to the dining table. This large space (the conservatory, TV room and dining room) face the Ring of Kerry Golf Course and Kenmare Bay - it's all right outside the windows. |

| The
Ring of Kerry Golf Club offers a 10% discount to guests in this
house. You can go onto the course from the house, start play on
the 4th hole, pay your green fees as you pass the clubhouse and then,
after finishing the first three holes, you'll be back at the house. The owner can arrange additonal cleaning for a fee. Cooking can be arranged as well. Children are warmly welcomed here. Dogs are not allowed. This is an ideal location for touring the Ring of Kerry, Beara Peninsula and Killarney National Park. Killarney is 20 miles (33 km). Shannon Airport is 120 miles (200 km). Dublin is 200 miles (333 km). Cork City is 60 miles (100 km). |
