This is a large and roomy 4th floor flat in a modern brick building. The apartment is light and sunny and it overlooks a lovely garden square.

The charming sitting room has a comfortable sofa, easy chairs, an Oriental rug over beige carpeting, a fireplace, books (many about Italy where the owner lives), nice art, French doors that open onto a narrow balcony. The balcony and large windows overlook the garden square. The dining table seats 6.

The kitchen has grey cabinets, a tiled backsplash, dishwasher, hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, a breakfast table with bench seating and a window overlooking the park.

The study has lovely antiques and art. A small love seat has a lamp ideally located for reading. There are books in this rooms too - it's a lovely place to sit for a bit after a long day's sightseeing.

The bedroom, at the quiet back of the flat, has a queen bed with an upholstered headboard, a chest of drawers, built-in closets, a table by a window. The bathroom has a tub with shower over tub.

This is a non-smoking property.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will be at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
