Enter into a small hallway.  On the left, there’s the sitting/dining room that has an electric fireplace, with shelves on either side, photos, a rust sofa and two chairs and a rust and blue rug over a beige carpet.  It is has nice, comfortable feel.  A dining table seats 4.

The compact kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, double electric oven, microwave and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a built-in dressing table with a large mirror.  There is ample cupboard space.  The adjacent bathroom has tub with shower-over-tub.  A small study, at the rear of the flat  and approached through the kitchen, has a single bed.

THIS IS A STRICT NO-SMOKING FLAT.

The price includes gas and electricity, TV, video, fresh linen  weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will be at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure.  The owner's cleaner also comes to clean the flat at 1:00pm on Wednesdays.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
