This is a very terrific, very large 3rd-floor flat in a brick Edwardian building that is close to the Kensington High Street.

Enter into a large, welcoming entry hall with a table and two chairs, a chandelier that makes the area bright and cheerful.

The huge kitchen is on the left. It has flowery wallpaper, bright white cabinets, tile floors, granite counter tops, large windows, a refrigerator/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, a large dining area with a table to seat 6.

The large sitting room is done in cream, beige and blue with white woodwork. It is furnished in traditional English style: a comfortable sofa, easy chairs, a desk, some antiques, books, a decorative fireplace, fine views from tall windows.

The light and airy master bedroom has a king bed that can convert to twin beds, excellent storage in tall built-in cupboards, an antique dressing table in the bay window area. White is the primary color here. The large en suite bathroom has a blue tub with a hand-held shower. Note that the doorway into this bathroom is curiously low - tall people beware!

The second bedroom has another king bed that can convert to twin beds. Colors are yellow and blue. This bedroom also has a bay window area with a dressing table in it.

Another bedroom has a trundle bed (a single bed with another single bed that rolls out from it), a dressing table with drawers, closets, large windows, sea green walls.

There are two additional bathrooms across from each other off a hallway near the bedrooms.

There are two hallway bathrooms. One bathroom is quite large. It has yellow walls, a tub with a hand-held shower, a window. The other bathroom is brand new. It has a shower stall and walls that are papered in a small red pattern. A closet off this bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
