This is a very nice, rather small flat that will serve two people very well.  It is located on the second floor of a period building on a nice residential street near the Army Museum, one block from the King’s Road.

The flat is light, bright and comfortable.  The sitting/dining room, at the front of the flat, has a bay window in front of which is the dining table that seats four.  There is a beige sofa, two comfortable easy chairs, an ottoman covered in soft blue, a fireplace and a pretty red Chinese chest and a knee-hole desk.  The draperies are luxurious, a red and dark blue print.

The compact eat-in kitchen has a large window, white tiled walls, cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer. The double bedroom is at the quiet back of the flat.  It has a queen bed, excellent storage, nice fabrics.  It’s a subdued room, nicely done.  The bathroom has a tub with shower-over-tub.
