This is a spacious 3rd-floor flat located above a little bistro on the corner of Brompton Road.  It’s a very happening area.

The building’s lobby is quiet and attractive.  The flat’s long entrance hall has a Chinese crest on the wall and  wood floors.  All rooms lead off this central area including a green-tiled guest powder room.

The large sitting/dining room, in beige and tan, sets the tone for the rest of the flat: quiet peacefulness.  The comfortable Indonesian furniture is classic and attractive.  There are two sofas covered in rust, gold, green.  One wall is mirrored; there are dark wood window blinds.  The dining table seats 6.

The kitchen has rust and black counter tops, an oven, hob and hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and washer and dryer.  The guest powder room is in this area of the flat.

The blue and beige master bedroom has a queen bed with a cane headboard, a dressing table and ample cupboard space.  The en suite bathroom has a shower stall.

The second bedroom is a warm beige - very peaceful.  It has twin beds that are placed close to each other.  There are two large built-in closets.  The hallway bathroom has a tub with shower over tub.

A study/bedroom is very nice.  It has a walnut day bed that has a trundle bed for an occasional guest.  There is an antique campaign chest, a desk, an armoire and bookcases, a TV and VCR.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will be at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 - £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
