Accommodates 3 2 bedroom 2 bathroom No Lift Nearest tube:  Victoria - 2 minutes Facing south and overlooking one of London's prettiest garden squares, this 4th-floor flat is in a white Georgian building.  The flat has been recently updated and beautifully decorated.

The entrance hall has an Oriental rug and nice appointments, including a large mirror and whimsical roosters.  Straight ahead, the new, small, tiled kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  Off the hall, there’s a bathroom with a deep tub with a hand-held shower.

Further along the hallway is the rather large sitting room that overlooks the garden square.  There are two sofas, one coral and one off-white.  There’s a carpeted bench-coffee table and an Oriental rug, a desk, occasional chairs, nice art and other accessories.
 

The separate dining room also looks onto the garden square.  It has a long table, six balloon-style chairs, horse engravings, antiques.

Both bedrooms are at the quiet back of the flat.  The master bedroom, green with cream wainscoting, has a king bed that can convert to twin beds and tall glass-fronted cupboards and antique prints on the wall.  The en suite bathroom has a shower.
 
 

The other bedroom has a single bed and very nice decor.  The adjacent hall bathroom has a tub with hand-held shower.  We regret that this property is not suitable for babies or small children.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
