This is a fairly modern terraced town house set in a private landscaped gated complex of similar houses.  It is very nice, brick-fronted and private.  The area is residential and attractive.  Holland Park, one of the most beautiful parks in London, is less than 10 minutes from the house.

Enter a large hallway that has Oriental rugs and antiques.  Straight ahead, there is a study/children's sitting room with a TV and  video player.  A door opens onto the secluded brick terrace.  A marble bathroom has a deep tub and a hand-held shower.

The very large living/dining room is upstairs.  The dining area has an Oriental rug and an antique dining table that seats 8.  The living area has a sort of Victorian feel to it, but it’s not fussy.  The furnture is upholstered in tones of reds and corals.  There is nice art and other appointments, a TV and video.  Large widows overlook  the garden below.
     

The simple white and grey kitchen has a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, hob and oven.  Light pours in through a large window over the sink. The bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors.  The very large master bedroom has a queen bed, sofa at the foot of the bed, wall of fitted cupboards.  The en suite bathroom has a tub and hook-up shower.  There is an easy chair in the bathroom.

A smaller bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to twin beds and an antique armoire.  Large windows provide plenty of light and views.

Up another level, there are three more bedrooms.  One room has twin beds.  The other two bedrooms each have a single bed.  A hallway bathroom  has a tub and a hook-up shower.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure.  Telephones are metered separately - call charges are at normal BT rates.  A security deposit of £300-1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
