characterful mews in the
heart of fashionable Notting Hill. It is right in Notting Hill,
but it seems to be in a different world.
Enter into a little hall that opens to the spacious, light and colourful living room. It is a delightful space that has three sofas, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and many interesting and artistic touches. The large window looks out to the mews courtyard. The dining room has a table that seats 6 - 8. |

The
excellent kitchen, open to the dining room, has a dishwasher,
washer/dryer, oven, stove top, refrigerator, a wealth of small
appliances, and excellent storage space. Dishes and such are the
best quality. Everything has the owners' flair and good taste. Stairs lead up to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a standard double bed with an antique headboard, two antique chairs that serve as bedside tables, very good closet space and a large window that looks down to the mews courtyard. The large, tiled open plan en suite bathroom has a large tub with shower over tub. |

| The
second bedroom has twin beds each with a cover in authentic Scottish
tartan, an antique chair used as a bedside table, excellent decorative
touches and very good closet space. The third bedroom has a single bed with a soft pink cover, a desk and char and good closet space. The shared bathroom has a tiled shower stall. We know these owners very well as they also own a fine house in Scotland that we have represented for over a decade. This is mews house offers great accommodation within moments of the many shops, restaurants and amenities of the local area including Portobello Road (with its famous Saturday Market) and all of Notting Hill. A 10-minute walk will have you strolling through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. |
