This is a completely charming, beautifully decorated, spacious, sunny 3rd floor apartment.  It has a very nice public entry hall done in black paint and dark wood - it may sound dark, but it isn't.  The flat has wide rooms, high ceilings, oak floors - it feels like a house, not an apartment.  You will want to spend many hours here.
 

The very large living room has three big windows that overlook the gardens.  Two red sofas have flowered cushions in soft colors.  There are lovely old rugs, antique tables and a desk, bookcases, a gas fireplace, attractive appointments.

The big kitchen has a large antique wood table that seats 6 - 8.  There is a large antique cupboard, hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washer/dryer.  A large window looks to the back of the property.  This is a very pleasant and well-decorated room.

Off the hallway to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower.  At the end of the hallway is a large bedroom with a queen bed, a beautiful dresser and cupboards and two large windows that look to great city views.  The nice en suite bathroom has a high window that lets in lots of light.  There is a tub with hand-held shower.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will be at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
